Golsby's Butchers is a family run butchers located in the village of Eynsham just west of Oxford. The shop is just opposite Cornucopia cooks and the Co-op in the center of the village. we source all our meat from nearby farms (when available), we make and sell a range of products from home-made sausages, home cured beer bacon, game and pheasants, venison, Beef, chicken and so on.
we also have a large amount of locally grown vegetables, cheese, ice-cream, eggs sourced from new yatt, and a well stocked deli counter.
A lot of the meat is sourced as locally as possible.
